TIMEFRAME FOR EXCHANGE

You may exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to remain eligible for a return or exchange. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered. Additionally, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues. Reverse Pickup Process
  • Reverse pick-up will be done by us, at no extra charges.
  • However, there will be only one reverse pick-up provided for one order.
  • Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
  • In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area.
Note: If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24-48 hours of approval, please reach out to us so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners. In some areas, pickup delays are beyond our control, and we may need to follow up to ensure the process is completed.
